Cindy Ann Jackson Bell, 69, passed away on June 6, 2026.

Born on December 17, 1956, in Coleman, TX to Lonnie and Ruby Jackson, Cindy was raised in a hardworking family and began her career in the trucking industry through her family’s business. She remained a dedicated part of the trucking industry throughout her life, earning the respect of those who worked alongside her through her strong work ethic, loyalty, and determination.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoyed cooking, crafting, and spending time with the people she loved. She especially looked forward to family gatherings and treasured the time she spent with both the Jackson and Jennings families. Nothing meant more to her than her family.

Those who knew Cindy knew she spoke her mind and had a quick wit. She had a strong personality and wasn’t afraid to tell you exactly what she thought. Those qualities, along with her determination and fierce love for her family, made her unmistakably Cindy.

Cindy is survived by her brother, Lonnie Waid Jackson; her son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Rae Bell; her beloved grandson, Judson, who was one of the greatest joys of her life; and numerous extended family members and dear friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Ruby Jackson, and her beloved sister, Ruby Jo.

Cindy will be remembered for her strong work ethic, her home-cooked meals, her creativity, and the love she had for her family.

She leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be cherished by her family and all who knew and loved her.
