Earnest F. Culpepper

Earnest Franklin Culpepper, 80, died peacefully in a local hospital on June 3, 2026. He was born on April 21, 1946, in Chattanooga, TN, the son of Jerry and Edna Culpepper.

 Frank was a skilled painter/ contractor who took great pride in his work. loved his family, fishing, and God. 

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Edna Culpepper; his brothers, Jerry, Bobby, Gene, Ray, and Jimmy Culpepper; his sister, LaVerne Roberts; and his daughters, Frankie Carol Hershiser and Debbie Sue; and his grandson, Clayton Richardson II.

 Frank was survived by his son Clint McInnis.Significant other Lori McInnis. His daughters Edna Alexander and Chana Dockery. Two grandkids, Michelle and Brandon Richardson, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-grandkids. One brother, Wayne, and his wife Lorrie Culpepper. Many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
