Judy Bickley was born September 15, 1948, in Troy, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Wiley Maston Baldwin and Ruby Whittaker. She lived in Texas for most of her life. Judy worked as a waitress at Coffee Landing and she was always the most gracious hostess. She loved tending her yard and decorating her house. She worked hard and played harder. Judy fiercely loved her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Aileene Baldwin-Dorgelo and her parents, Wiley and Ruby Baldwin. Survivors include her husband, Jack Bickley; her brother Roger Baldwin and his wife Kathy; children Jennifer Wickman, Michael Wickman and wife Amanda, Leigh Ann Bickley, and Tammy Smith; grandchildren Chelsie Lou Ringo, Halie Jean Carol Richmond, Bobbie Sue Applegate, Brewster Yates, Pierce Arthur Yates, Lorelei Rae Wickman, Rosalie Grace Wickman and Thomas Smith; and seven great grandchildren.

A Life Celebration will be held November 29th 2022, to begin at 11:00am, at Flint Community Church, with Brother Roy Thoene to officiate.
